Chi tratta i dati
Per qualsiasi domanda scrivi a support@tackora.it.
Quali dati trattiamo
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opporti al trattamento scrivendo a support@tackora.it. Puoi eliminare i dati da solo su account.tackora.it/elimina.
Privacy notice
In force from 6 November 2026.
Faro is an app to remember home, car and family deadlines, share them with your family and follow kids' checklists.
Who handles the data
The data controller is Simone Marchica, trading as Tackora. For any question write to support@tackora.it.
What data we process
- Account: Faro uses the Tackora account, the same as Ritrovo and Trama. It receives your name, your email address and an account identifier.
- Family: the family name and who belongs to it. People in the same family see and edit the same data.
- What you enter: things and people, deadlines, notes, costs, checklists and each day's ticks. You decide what to write: avoid health or other sensitive data in notes. A child's name is entered by the parent.
- Reminders: the phone's notification code and the reminders already sent, so they do not go out twice.
- On your device: the session, a copy of the data to open the app without a connection, the theme and the parents' PIN, which stays only there.
- Technical data: IP address and time of requests to the server, for security and to fix problems; the app version and platform; for each account, the days you use Faro and an estimate of the time of use, seen only by the administrator, for support and to understand how to improve the app, kept for 13 months or until the account is deleted.
We do not sell your data, show ads or profile you. The first version of Faro does not use artificial intelligence.
Why and on what basis
To provide the service you asked for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for technical data, for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Who we share it with
- The family members you invited or who invited you.
- Netsons s.r.l. (Milan, Italy): the server running the site, the app and the database.
- Google: sign-in with Google and notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging), which receives the reminder text and the phone's code.
- Resend: sending reminder emails, which receives your address and the reminder text.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards of Articles 44 and following of the GDPR offered by each provider.
How long we keep it
As long as you use Faro. When you delete your account or Faro's data, the information is erased after the 25-day wait shown on the deletion page. If you share a family with other people, things and deadlines stay with them; if you are the last person, they go too. Backup copies are overwritten over time.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to support@tackora.it. You can delete the data yourself at account.tackora.it/elimina. If you think something is wrong you can contact the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
A Faro account is for adults and people aged 14 or over. Kids' checklists are used under the parent's responsibility, on the parent's account: the child has no account.
